I just love Ulmon city apps. It helped me discovering Barcelona in February and now Im enjoying it in Istanbul. The app is really helpful, the map is working offline and you always know where you are and where to go. Highly recommended

Easy to use and packed with features. User friendly maps allow you to navigate the city in real time. The wiki feature is a great source of information relating to all the historical landmarks and more famous bars / restaurants. App is stable and has never crashed

I really like the 2go series, but in the end the Istanbul guide (or any other offline guide of Istanbul) is only as good as its Open Street Maps foundation which is spotty and incomplete.
